Bright rose pink in colour with perfumes of wild strawberry and rose petals. On the palate, it is crisp and well-balanced with exotic fruit and citrus zest giving lovely freshness and bright acidity.
The perfect accompaniment to seafood pasta, salmon, mozzarella or chicken salads, cold meat platters or simply as an aperitif.

Terre di Faiano Rosato Puglia IGP Organic

Vivid red with violet reflections. Elegant and finely textured, with flavours of dark fresh plums, cinnamon exotic spices, black pepper and tobacco. Firm yet gentle tannins add complexity and a long and lingering finish. A perfect accompaniment to baked lamb, tasteful pasta dishes and mid-aged cheese.

Nero di Troia Puglia Igp Organic

Intense ruby-red color, with a complex bouquet, reminiscent of blueberries, redcurrants and cinnamon.
The oak aging adds a pleasant spiciness. On the palate, it is full-bodied, lush yet supple, well-balanced and with a long and lingering finish. Perfect with roast red meats and mature cheeses.

Rosso Puglia IGP Organic

The wine shows a very intense bouquet of fruits like cherries, prunes and blackcurrants. On the palate it is powerful and intense, yet approachable, giving you a great depth of fruit and intense flavors. Velvety and smooth with a long and persistent finish. Perfect with rich pasta dishes, lamb, and stews.

Nero d'Avola Sicilia DOP Appassimento Organic

Intense ruby-red color, with a complex bouquet, reminiscent of cherries, dried berries and toasted almonds.
In the mouth it is full-bodied yet smooth and elegant with a silky texture. The finish is long and lingering, with a burst of spiced cherries and bright fruit and earthiness at the end.
