MAREE D'IONE

Pronunciation: Merrydionee. Italian for “from the south”. Two delicious and completely Organic wines from the sun-baked region of Puglia. The red is 100% Nero di Troia, whilst the white is 100% Fiano. (see our BIODIVERSITY section for more information on our Organic Techniques).

Luminous Red with purple reflections, this elegant and finely textured wine displays aromas of dark fresh plum, cinnamon, exotic spices, black pepper and tobacco. The firm yet gentle tannins add complexity and a long and lingering finish.

Nero di Troia Puglia IGP Organic

Pale yellow in colour. On the nose it is fragrant and floral, with hints of mango, garden sage, acacia and exotic fruit.
The palate is refreshing and well balanced, with a crisp and clean acidity and an elegant and persistent finish.
