Intense ruby-red in colour. The traditional Ripasso technique gives an abundance of different fruit notes to this wine. Aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry and plums lead to violets and fine herbal notes and spice. It is rounded, structured and well balanced on the palate with dark berry fruits and sweet spice on the long finish.
Enjoy with tomato, mushroom or meat-based pasta dishes or risotto, bruschetta garnished, antipasti platters and also lamb ribs or beef fillet with green peppercorn sauce.

This wine has a translucent brick-red colour. The bouquet is complex with notes of violet, rosehip and rose petals interlaced with notes of redcurrant, cherry and figs. Balsamic notes, mint and lavender evolve into liquorice and spice on the finish.
On the palate it is rich, layered with notes of marasca cherry and leather. It has fine grained, silky tannins which are well integrated with the fruit and spice. Ideal for subtle, yet rich foods like truffle risotto, charcuterie boards, steak or with casseroles or even black cod.

Bright rose pink in colour with perfumes of wild strawberry and rose petals. On the palate, it is crisp and well-balanced with exotic fruit and citrus zest giving lovely freshness and bright acidity.
The perfect accompaniment to seafood pasta, salmon, mozzarella or chicken salads, cold meat platters or simply as an aperitif.

Amabelli Spumante has a bright golden straw colour with flavours of green apple and white flowers. The perlage is fine and generous. It is lively on the palate, with bright fruit notes of peach and apple and crisp acidity. A great pairing with prawn cocktail, octopus salad and with seafood or simply by itself as an aperitivo.

Amabelli Trebbiano has a straw yellow hue with golden reflections. On the nose perfumes of fresh lemon and fragrant pear. In the mouth, it is crisp with a balanced acidity and ripe fruity notes, leading to a zesty finish.
To be paired with grilled courgettes or aubergines, tortellini, tempura or roast chicken.

Founded in 2010, Orion Wines is the result of a simple yet stunning synergy between two people: Alessandro Michelon and Elena Ciurletti. Together they bring to the international markets intriguing, innovative and delicious wines by combining tradition, innovation and most of all, a true passion for wines.
